OK I've decided to devise my own method of judging animations. There are 4 categories that i will be looking at, each receiving a score out of 25. The 4 scores will be added up at the end and you will have your final score (also percentage score...how convenient) The animations will be Judged on these factorsBasics - Positioning, Colour problems, Keeping everyone in frame moving, realism etc.
Stipulation - How well you've done with the Stipulations given.
Flow - How the animation all flows together, this also includes smoothness of the animation and how transitions from one move to another are made
Difficulty - The skill that the animation would've taken to put together
All these factors combined will give you the Final Score from me.
I'll start these Judgings with the first handed in, then run down to the last handed in (and the not handed in)

N4cer - Psycho DriverBasics - Between frames 1 and 2 there's a Positioning Problem. That could've been easily fixed, especially seeing as both sprites are separate from one another
- Frame 15. Man you should've edited the feet. It's little things like these that go Un-noticed by most, but when you change them it really adds to the animation for people like me (well...what I'm doing now) who are looking frame by frame. I'm only saying this because the colouring is off for that one frame and it goes back to normal by 16.
- Frame 20 should've been judged positioning wise on where his head is, not the feet or anything else. your CAW's head goes heaps down from 19 and up again for frame 21. It just looks way off. (editing's a bit shoddy here too, but that's just being picky)
- Frames 22-25 Mauls CAW's legs go up, then down, then up, then down for the impact.
SCORE - 18/25
Stipulation - I Like how you've made the Reflection noticeable, but not so it stands out too much. I Think you've got the best looking Reflection Opaque wise. There is one error in it that I can spot straight away, and that is, when Maul lands on the Glass at the end, his reflection is just flipped with your CAW's reflection. In reality, Maul's reflection would be directly underneath him so you lose some marks for that.
SCORE - 22/25
Flow - Frame 7 could've used a little bit of a pause to break the animation up a little.
- Again, the flashing of the colours changing in the legs of your CAW is annoying me.
- probably could've used another frame between frames 29 and 30. They seem to land too suddenly.
SCORE - 21/25
Difficulty - Not an overly difficult animation, only 2 CAWs used, pretty basic editing. I Think this might be the downfall of some of these animations in the tournament.
SCORE - 18/25

Mikko - Double rotation Swinging DDTBasics - Frame 1-2 there's a positioning Error, Frame 1 needs to be 1 pixel to the left.
- Frame 4-5 there's a positioning Error, Frame 5 needs to be maybe 2 pixels left and 1 up
- Another frame is needed between frames 6 and 7 to get the opponent's CAW around to facing front and for your CAW to get back around to the front fluently...Maybie 2 frames are needed.
- Another frame is needed between frames 10 and 11 to smoothen it out more.
- Could use a small screen shake to show the impact frame...all you need to do is move the whole frame 1 or 2 pixels down for the frame where they hit the ground
- Definitely needs some more frames at the end so they finish...It ends too abruptly
SCORE - 15/25
Stipulation - Nicely done Reflection. Although in frame 11 your CAW's face wouldn't be facing down.
- In frames 8-10 you should've put at least the orange CAW's leg that's standing on the glass, Maybe also having a little bit of your CAW showing up on there
SCORE - 20/25
Flow - it plays nicely for the most part, Although upon closer inspection the minor problems mentioned under Basics really take away from it.
- The animation needs to finish, keep this in mind for all of your animations: Even if it takes them both selling the move completely and getting to laying on the floor in the animation, put the extra frames in there, it only takes an extra 20 minutes tops and it'll help your animations immensely
SCORE - 20/25
Difficulty - Not a difficult animation to pull off. There's allot of room for adding extra frames in and the like. The non-finishing takes away on this score too
SCORE - 12/25

[sic]'s Cluster-fuck (no harm meant. I just didn't know what else to call it
)
Basics - Frame 2-3, DFS has a positioning problem on his feet
- Not all frames are present for Kami's Bow pose before he takes off
- Frame 22 Kloq's feet go dark, it's not that hard to fix, but you should've fixed it anyway
- The funning frames for KKB's diagonal running are either out of order or not present because it looks weird.
- KKB's dropkick doesn't look like it has the right amount of frames either
- Frame 31-32 the bottom rung that is visible on the ladder just moves magically
- I was going to give you an 17, but that Blood bumps it up a notch for sure. It looks brutal, the best blood I can remember ever seeing.
SCORE - 18/25
Stipulation - M1ck's Reflection should've been skewed to accompany the angle of the Glass
- you could've almost had Kami's head reflecting off the bottom of the glass
- The reflection becoming more there as the CAWs move closer to the glass is a good touch.
- No reflection on frame 31 when there really should've been
something there.
- Nice touch with having the transparency of the glass when your CAW falls through it
SCORE - 22/25
Flow - Dis's throw should've had another frame in it to slow it down a little
- frames 8-10 Maul goes from facing top left corner, to left hand side then falls back; It looks weird.
- The dropkick is weird. the Table is choppy (i know you can't help that), the dropkick is choppy and the fall through the window is choppy.
SCORE - 20/25
Difficulty - No argument here...you've put allot of work into this animation and you deserve full marks for the Difficulty of this animation
SCORE - 25/25

LotR - Belly-Belly, Top Rope piledriver and Cartwheel Roll up.Basics - you need another frame between frames 6 and 7 for sure. your CAW needs to fall a little slower to the ground and Maul's CAW needs another frame before hitting the window
- Frames 10-11 there's a positioning problem. your CAW should've been a little down and to the left in frame 11
- the take off from the top rope should've happened
on frame 18, just after the toes had gone all the way up.
- Maul's arms - 19...arms out. 20...arms in. 21...arms out again. Arms needed to be out again on frame 20.
- The impact/screen shake for the arms going down in the cartwheel is weird and un-necessary.
- frames 33-34 Maul's feet go haywire
- Frame 34 there's a little chunk of Rope that jumps over the ring post
SCORE - 18/25
Stipulation - All the reflections are nice. probably needs a little bit of a skew on the first move at least. There's definitely a better Reflection done aesthetics wise but yours it probably the most sound realistically
- You didn't re-paste the ropes over the REFLECTIONS!!!
SCORE - 23/25
Flow - If you're doing an animation with more than 1 move in it, Make the last frame of the moves at least 25 in time instead of 10 so the viewer can let it all soak in somewhat before the next move starts. it looks too rushed the way you have it.
- The previously mentioned missing frame between frames 6 and 7 takes away allot from that move
- On the piledriver i think they go too much forwards for the tiny tiny amount that they jump (if at all)
SCORE - 20/25
Difficulty - None of the moves are overly difficult, but they are done very accurately, which would've taken some more time than usuall (plus the fact that there's 3 moves). Some basic editing that I can see.
SCORE - 22/25

Big Sexy's hurricanrana reversalBasics - Could've been cropped a little more, there's allot of empty space that's not getting used at all.
- 3-4 looks like the Blue CAW could be moved down a tad
- 14-15, the grey guy moves allot. Intermediate frame needed?
- 39-41 - the grey guy's right leg bends in 40 and straightens again in 41. Looks weird.
- frame 45 probably needed impact/screen shake
- Frame 48-49 probably needs another frame to slow the blue guy down a little before landing. It looks choppy. Either that or having him bounce up a little after hitting, then back down again
- I Like the little shards of glass on his back after getting powerbombed
SCORE - 18.5/25
Stipulation - you nailed the Skewness of the reflections
- it's a pretty inventive Glass Break. I Believe that the glass is about a meter thick after seeing that impact and such a little break.
- Still not as good as N4's in terms of aesthetics
SCORE - 22/25
Flow - It flows great but I've got a little gripe about the whole Realism vs Smoothness case. The toss up for the powerbomb is done well realistically, but it looks choppy as an animator viewing it.
- The part with the Grey CAW bending down to catch a breather and then back up again looks awkward in terms of the animation too.
SCORE - 22/25
Difficulty - I'd say Mid-High difficulty rating. It requires some skill to animate in Diagonal, as the dimensions come into play.
- The Powerbomb is nicely edited with very few flaws
SCORE - 21/25
TOTAL SCORE - 82/100 -

Rogan's Canadian DestroyerBasics - Colour problems on the ring. I don't care if it came like that, you should've either fixed it or picked another ring with a glass floor, both of which would've taken 5 minutes
- frames 1-4 your CAW's feet aren't positioned correctly
- 19-20 has a positioning problem...sprites in frame 20 need to be a little up and left
- frame 26 your CAW needs to be rotated clockwise a little more. It's too much of a jump going from 25 and 26 to 27.
- frame 28 your CAW's shoulder is waaaaay too high.
- frames 27-29 BA's arms go from near your CAW's knee, to closer to his hip, then back to the knee again. Continuity helps.
- 32-34 your CAW is in the EXACT same position
- 35 and 36...same as above
- 39-41 should've been positioned more so by the feet than anything else
SCORE - 15/25
Stipulation - Reflection is good
- You've forgotten to overlap the ropes over the reflections
SCORE - 22/25
Flow - it all flows OK, apart from those frames that are doubled up and stuff
- the flip is a bit choppy and the error in 26 accentuates this
SCORE - 20/25
Difficulty - 2 person, you obviously didn't take much effort into fine tuning it so you lose marks for that
SCORE - 18/25
